Key Responsibilities - Support customers via phone, chat, and email - Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims - Deliver an excellent customer experience - Perform administrative and back-office customer support tasks What We Are Looking For: - Native or bilingual Portuguese - Advanced English level (minimum C1)
