Prospect, engage, travel, and pitch the Dispatch tool to SME taxi companies in Spain Convert traditional vehicle fleets into modern, connected Freenow by Lyft partners Guide entrepreneurs, fleet owners, and senior dispatchers through operational change Gather partner feedback about the software and collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to co-build the solution Support local operations in the respective markets Own new client onboarding end to end Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners after onboarding Ensure continued partner satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations. 3-5 Years of professional experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management Proven experience managing a B2B pipeline and handling objections Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships Ability to understand partner business operations at a process level Ability to guide new partners through change and software adoption Willingness to spend up to 40-50% of working time traveling to meet partners Fluent English Fluent Spanish Nice to have: experience in mobility, logistics, or selling SaaS solutions to SMEs.
