Anticipate and monitor raw material supply risks Quantify the potential impact of raw material shortages on customers Lead crisis task forces and mitigation plans Drive allocation and business continuity decisions Help with the execution and follow‑up of the inventory allocations Assess supply impact and prioritize demand Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders globally Define and execute mitigation strategies Improve processes and crisis visibility What We Offer

At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory and allocation) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data‑driven decision‑making mindset Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align global and regional stakeholders Proven capability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with the ability to prioritize effectively Ability to anticipate risks and translate complex supply situations into clear business impact Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge and enhance existing processes Inclusion, belonging and equal opportunity statement: We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to a fair and inclusive hiring process.
