IMPORTANT FOR YOU

You will be assigned in exclusivity a prospecting area near our offices in the centre of Valencia. You will be dealing with high-ticket clients.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Experience as a property consultant (is a must).

- Positive and entrepreneur attitude.

- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages will be considered positively).

- Resolutive candidate with negotiation skills.

- Good presence and excellent communication skills.

- Commitment, perseverance and responsibility.





- User usability of computer applications (Google Workspace and Inmovilla).

- Other languages will be a plus.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR FUNCTIONS?

- Prospecting and property acquisition.

- Cold calls and prospection in the assigned area.

- Property valuation reports.

- Advice to sellers and buyers.

- Client follow-up.

- Visits to properties.

- Closing deals.

WHAT WE OFFER?

- Permanent contract.

- Fixed monthly salary + high sales commissions.

- Office hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 14:00 and 16:00 till 19:00.

- Coffee and water.
