Digital Communication Specialist

What will you do? Make an impact!

- Content Creation & Management

- Draft, edit and publish content for websites, intranet, newsletters, and social media channels.

- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and corporate identity.

- Support campaign development and execution across digital platforms.

- Digital Channel Management

- Monitor and update websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Manage corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn,YouTube, etc.), tracking engagement and growth.

- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including design, distribution, and reporting.

- Analytics & Reporting

- Track KPIs for digital campaigns and channels.

- Provide regular reports on performance, with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Provide digital communication support for internal initiatives, events, and campaigns.

Do you have what it takes?

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

- 2+ years of professional experience in digital communication,



marketing, or similar roles.

- Proven experience managing corporate social media and websites.

- Familiarity with CMS ("e.g., WordPress"), email marketing tools ("e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot"), and basic graphic design (Adobe suite).

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and propose improvements.

- Strong writing and editing skills in English and Spanish

- Team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.
