As Analyst in Strategic Capital Solutions, you support complex real estate transactions across Europe, applying financial analysis and modelling to inform deal execution. You work within a high‑performing, investment‑banking‑style team that blends real estate with capital markets expertise. You will engage in due diligence, financial modelling, and internal communications to drive multi‑stakeholder deals while developing market context and investor insight. This role offers Europe‑wide exposure, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and opportunities to contribute to ESG and technology‑driven deliverables.

• Independently execute standard analytical work to produce reliable deliverables

• Build and maintain financial models for portfolio sales, JVs, Mu0026A, and structured equity

Responsabilidades
• Approximately 1 year of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, real estate capital markets, or related internships/analyst roles
• Strong financial modeling capabilities with established methodologies
• Solid understanding of financial statements and how operating metrics affect property value
• Ability to apply procedures to resolve standard analytical problems
• Excellent organizational and self-management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive, independent work style
• Expert proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for client meetings and site inspections
• Additional European languages are beneficial but not essential
