Strategically plan and manage warehouses and services to support plant operation requirements. Key responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff and personnel
Work proactively with plant managers and staff, as well as with various departments, to achieve efficiencies and manage expectations
Ensure that all movement of commodities inbound and outbound is documented and processed in accordance with established procedures
Analyze and evaluate planning inputs such as usage, trends, availability constraints, storage and handling
Carry out a weekly inventory count to reconcile inventory records for raw materials and finished goods with vigente stock on hand against records in the inventory management system
Recommend improvements to existing procedures to reduce cost and increase efficiency
About you
College graduate in any field or course
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong leadership and people management skills
