We are looking for a Speciality Leasing to join our team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full specialty leasing cycle for temporary units (pop-ups), kiosks, promotional stands, brand activations and other short-term commercial business lines across the assigned portfolio.
- Identify, prospect and negotiate with new and existing tenants, brands and promoters to maximise occupancy and specialty leasing revenue.
- Develop and execute the annual specialty leasing budget and action plan, monitoring performance against targets on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements, in coordination with the Legal Department whenever required, making full use of the available business support tools.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and commercial partners, keeping an updated database of contacts and opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing benchmarks to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Track leasing activity, revenue,



tenant performance and prepare a monthly activity report with the most relevant business KPIs (e.g. occupancy rate, specialty leasing income, average deal value, pipeline conversion), ensuring regular reporting to the hierarchical management structure.
- Ensure full and timely responses to all commercial opportunities (leads) within agreed SLAs, maximising conversion rates into business.
- Build and maintain close relationships with strategic clients, securing Sierra centres as preferred locations for future activations.
- Define commercial priorities in coordination with centre teams and support the implementation of local commercial strategies.
- Develop commercial campaigns and promotional strategies to maximise revenue during off‑peak periods.
- Negotiate cross‑portfolio agreements and contracts driving cross‑selling opportunities between centres.
- Ensure all temporary installations comply with technical, safety and other Shopping Centres guidelines.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty leasing, leasing, or commercial real estate, ideally within shopping centres or retail environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding leasing revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Solid understanding of the retail and shopping centre market in Spain, ideally Madrid.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing/CRM management tools.
- Availability to travel within the assigned portfolio as required.
