You will: · Build and execute a structured sales plan for the Spanish mid-market companies, identifying and prospecting new business opportunities. · AI 's Digital Employees can create business value. · You might be a strong fit if you: · Have proven experience in modern B2 B new-business sales · Are comfortable selling to business decision-makers and senior stakeholders · Have experience selling Saa S, technology,



AI or another consultative B2 B solution · Know how to digitally and personally prospect, build pipeline and close business, not simply manage inbound leads · Take a structured, organized approach to sales activity · Are commercially hungry and motivated by measurable results · Move with extreme urgency, adapt easily and don't get discouraged by setbacks · Have a strong customer-obsession and genuinely want to understand the business you're selling into · Are comfortable operating without a fully established playbook · Are going bonkers about AI and excited about the transformation it can bring to businesses · Have a genuine startup operator mentality: you see ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a problem Compensation €45,000 gross annual base salary, plus a performance-based variable component with uncapped earning potential.
