As Principal Product Designer in Lodgify's Customer Experience Group, you shape and own the design strategy for the customer experience, delivering end-to-end solutions rooted in user needs. You drive design thinking, Lean UX, and research-led decisions to create cohesive journeys that deliver real business value. You’ll influence product direction and lead workshops, translating insights into impactful design. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, international team.

• Strong focus on customer-centricity with proven impact from research insights
• Excellent collaboration with a customer-obsessed team and high UX standards
• Visual thinker with expertise in information architecture, UX, and interaction design
• Ability to turn research and business needs into clear, impactful design solutions aligned to product vision
• Excellent communication and facilitation; capable of leading workshops and influencing stakeholders
• Empathy, adaptability, and a passion for improving user experience
• Mastery of design tools like Figma; solid understanding of design systems and accessibility
• Track record of improving workflows and applying UX patterns for scalable design practices
