Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure reliable Bloomberg technology across client and office environments, acting in a visible, client-facing capacity. You will work within the BOS Madrid team to support end-user IT needs and hands-on infrastructure and connectivity across servers, routers, switches, and colocation facilities. You’ll operate in production settings where uptime and responsiveness are critical, coordinating with Sales, Facilities, vendors and internal teams. The opportunity combines technical problem-solving with on-site service delivery to Bloomberg customers. You will contribute to a culture of professional, proactive support in a fast-paced financial information environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Install and service servers, routers, switches, and workstations, including rack and stack, patching, and physical connectivity.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity using TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, and routing principles.
• Support Windows and Mac environments across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with implementation and order activity to ensure timely delivery.




• Support license activation, software requests, and related technical needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Bloomberg's service management systems.
• Manage competing priorities in high-visibility, time-sensitive environments.

Responsabilidades
• Demonstrable experience in customer support, preferably in technical or on-site support.
• Strong networking fundamentals: LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting and routing.
• Excellent customer service skills for in-person and remote interaction.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Fluent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
• Valid driving license and right-to-work in Spain.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, including occasional evenings or weekends.
