Who we are looking for Previous experience in real estate is highly valued, particularly within the Marbella and Costa del Sol market. We are looking for people with strong communication and negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a clear focus on results.

Fluent English and Spanish are essential. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
