Experteer Overview
In this role you will help build a new B2C product for content creators, shaping architecture and delivering end-to-end features across web and mobile. You’ll collaborate with product and design to turn user needs into technical solutions, with a strong focus on robust foundations in an early-stage product. You will influence tech direction, ensure code quality, and contribute to a scalable platform that powers influencer campaigns at scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop end-to-end features on Rails API and background jobs, plus React Native screens for iOS and web
• Contribute to architecture decisions, enforce simplicity and maintainability, and lead code reviews, testing, and clean abstractions
• Integrate with social media APIs (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), payment systems (Stripe), and third-party services, managing OAuth, webhooks, and data sync




• Participate in deployment pipeline (Kamal on GCP), manage background jobs, monitoring and observability to keep production stable
• Collaborate with product and design to translate user needs into technical solutions and align with the broader engineering team

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby/Rails
• Experience with React (preferably Native)
• Autonomous, organized, proactive with ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience leveraging AI to optimize output
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
