Experteer Overview
As IAM Expert in the Cybersecurity department, you will oversee the user lifecycle for employees, enabling secure access across systems with SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access. You will integrate and maintain IAM solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide global onboarding and security compliance. Your work shapes how users secure access across the Holcim Group while supporting audits and cross-country rollouts.

• Maintain and improve Identity and Access Management solution including connectors, rules, workflows, and third‑party integrations
• Manage onboarding plans and integration for applications
• Optimize automatic access rights provisioning and role mining
• Oversee SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management implementations
• Support dynamic infrastructure as code using public cloud technologies
• Ensure accurate documentation and knowledge base for IAM services
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and drive efficient, results‑oriented approaches




• Lead product/service rollouts to additional countries with general scope
• Apply minimum control standards for user lifecycle processes and assist in audits

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 4+ years programming experience in JAVA
• 4+ years IAM workforce experience (architecture, implementation, maintenance)
• Hands-on experience with Federation Protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID) and SSO integrations
• Experience designing/implementing Privileged Access Management (Cyberbark, safeguard)
• Understanding of user lifecycle processes, segregation of duties
• DevOps knowledge and tools (Git, Jenkins, CloudFormation, Elastic)
• Experience collaborating with third parties and working in a multicultural environment
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages advantageous
