Description and Location

We are looking for an experienced Teams Rooms Specialist to join our Digital Workplace team. You will be responsible for supporting, managing and improving meeting room technologies and collaboration platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across modern workplace environments.

? 100% On-site position (Getafe or Sevilla)

? English B2 level or higher is required

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.
- Configure and maintain meeting room technologies and audiovisual systems.
- Troubleshoot complex audio, video and connectivity issues.
- Support deployment and rollout of collaboration solutions.
- Monitor room performance, availability and user experience.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, workplace and support teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across meeting room services.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

✅ Required Experience & Skills

- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.
- Experience with videoconferencing and collaboration technologies.
- Knowledge of audiovisual systems and meeting room infrastructure.
- Experience troubleshooting audio and video technologies.
- Understanding of Digital Workplace environments.




- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional level of English.
