? We’re Hiring: Technical Customer Support - German & English Speaker

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Technical Customer Support Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for our Netatmo Campaign.

? About the Role

As a Technical Customer Support Agent, you will be in charge of helping Netatmo clients for any type of issues they could have with their smart consumer electronics (Smart Locks, Smart Weather Station, Smart Camera, etc.). You will handle tech queries from customers and strive for first-contact resolutions.

✅Key Responsibilities

- Understand and respond to client's requests.
- Analyze the client's situation to answer quickly and efficiently.
- Identify technical incidents, apprehend them and provide an appropriate solution.
- Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach.
- Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.

?What We’re Looking For

- Fluency in both German and English.
- Organization and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy,



with the ability to analyze problems and offer tailored solutions.
- Interest in smart home consumer electronics.
- Teamwork experience.
- You adjust quickly to new environments, and you can follow procedures and deal with deadlines.

? What We Offer

- Start Date: ASAP.
- Contract: Temporary until December 31 (1 Month of probation with possible extension for 2027)
- Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Salary: €25,160.16 gross per year.
- Performance Bonus: €100 gross monthly based on KPIs.
- Top Performer Bonus: €150 monthly based on KPIs.
- Working Model: Hybrid (6 days per month in office).
- Training: 1 week
- Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
