Experteer Overview
In this role you will advance Workato’s Workbot platform by building robust Ruby on Rails services and shaping backend architecture. You will work within a distributed, cross-functional team to deliver scalable automation and conversational experiences for enterprise customers, including Slack and MS Teams integrations. You’ll continuously explore new tech to improve the platform and user experience, while collaborating across the full development lifecycle. This remote position offers the chance to influence the direction of a cutting-edge product used by large enterprises.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of strong experience developing, shipping and maintaining Rails applications
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
• Spoken English (Intermediate or higher) (REQ ID: 2804)
• Experience with Go - nice to have
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, etc) - nice to have
• Knowledge of MS Teams or Slack platform u0026 API is a plus
