Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems supporting business operations. Maintenance & Support

Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through continuous maintenance and support. Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. Monitoring

Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement improvements when necessary. Documentation

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows and technical procedures. Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support integrated, cohesive system environments. Compliance

Education

Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical background. Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service Operation Center environment. Technical Skills

Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V Cloud: AWS, Azure Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies Certifications (preferred)

CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Security+ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Or comparable certifications Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement. Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 shift schedules. Required Languages
