About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organisation operating through a multi-site structure across Iberia. The company combines an entrepreneurial culture with ambitious growth objectives, requiring agile leadership, strong execution capabilities and a modern approach to people management. To support its next phase of development, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director to join the Executive Committee and act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.
Job Description
- Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans. - Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on all people-related matters. - Lead employee relations and labour matters, ensuring compliance while supporting business needs. - Drive talent acquisition initiatives across corporate, commercial and operational functions. - Enhance performance management, talent development and succession planning processes. - Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capabilities. - Lead employee engagement and internal communication programmes. - Manage and develop the HR function,
ensuring efficient delivery of people services. - Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives. - Develop HR metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making. - Partner closely with business leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and organisational performance.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within retail, consumer‑facing, multi‑site operations, industrial or manufacturing environments. - Experience supporting CEOs and leadership teams in fast‑paced and evolving organisations. - Demonstrated success leading talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives. - Experience operating in environments undergoing transformation, growth or organisational change. - Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. - Fluent English is essential; fluent French is a plus.
