Description - As a Financial Analyst in the Cost Accounting team, you will deliver accurate and timely analysis of cost data to support strategic decision‑making and financial performance. You will ensure transparency of production, operational, and overhead costs through detailed reporting, variance analysis, and reconciliations. You will combine financial expertise with strong technical skills to drive process improvements, automation, and advanced reporting solutions. By leveraging ERP systems, BI tools, and data analytics, you will enhance visibility of cost drivers, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to overall business efficiency and profitability. Additionally, you will manage inventory flows impacting the EMEA region and ensure their accurate reflection in the financial records. Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile cost accounting records and inventory-related balance sheet accounts, ensuring accurate cost allocation across cost centres and projects Prepare and analyze periodic cost reports and variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), providing actionable insights and recommendations Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and cost reclassifications Develop and maintain standard cost models, BOMs, and cost simulations for accurate tracking and forecasting Act as an ERP power user (QAD, SAP) to extract, validate, and analyze cost and inventory data Build and automate reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, SQL) to enhance data visibility and decision‑making Collaborate cross‑functional and contribute to process improvement, automation, ad‑hoc analysis, and compliance with accounting policies and controls Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Business Administration, Management, Economics , or a related field. 1-2 years
of experience in finance. Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(data analysis, formulas,
modeling), with experience in
Power BI
or similar data visualization tools Familiarity with
Copilot
or AI‑powered productivity tools, and basic knowledge of
accounting principles and financial concepts Strong
adaptability and flexibility , with solid
time management
and prioritization skills Excellent

abilities, combined with effective
