What are we looking for? As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in planning, analyzing, and coordinating projects within our development and commercial portfolio, collaborating in a global, cross-functional environment. Your core responsibilities will include:

Assisting in developing and maintaining portfolio plans, including timelines, milestones, and prioritization frameworks

Preparing strategic materials for governance meetings and portfolio reviews

Ensuring accurate documentation and communication of portfolio decisions and updates

Performing portfolio analyses: risk assessments, scenario comparisons, timeline evaluations, and KPIs

Creating dashboards and regular monitoring reports with digital tools

Coordinating with R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other internal partners to collect information and align strategies

Supporting multifunctional teams in identifying potential challenges and resource constraints

Communicating portfolio insights to stakeholders at various levels

Tracking and highlighting emerging risks, issues, or opportunities within the portfolio

Assisting with the evaluation of new projects, initiatives, or external collaborations

Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, digital tools, and systems





Analyze and present data for strategic decision-making

Coordinate processes with multidisciplinary global teams

Optimize communication and information flow

Identify and propose improvements to portfolio management tools and processes What do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or similar

Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD) is a plus, but not mandatory

2–5 years of experience in pharma, biotechnology, or related industries

Background in portfolio management and/or strategy

Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory steps, or commercial product management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation capabilities

Advanced organizational skills, managing multiple priorities efficiently

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and portfolio/project management tools (including dashboards, analytics platforms)

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in global, matrixed environments

Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven

Strong relationship-building skills and eagerness for continuous learning
