SuiteScript development: Build and maintain NetSuite customisations and JavaScript automations. Workflow optimisation: Create and improve approval flows, notifications, validations, and supporting scripts. Technical implementation: Deliver enhancements based on specifications defined by the Technical Lead and Business Process Owner. Issue resolution: Investigate and fix issues related to scripts, configuration, access, workflows, and approvals. Automated testing & deployment: Contribute to automated testing and deployment processes to ensure safe, repeatable releases. Documentation: Produce technical and user documentation to support consistency and autonomy. Internal applications agent: Help shape and improve an internal applications support agent (content, flows, integration points) to automate common requests. Vendor management: Manage the external provider responsible for NetSuite support and maintenance. Requirements

Relevant studies in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Minimum 1+ year experience in a similar role (applications administration, ERP/application logic, or related technical role). Technical skills: JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS. English proficiency (C1 written and spoken).



Software development background or experience working with application logic and workflows. Ability to understand and write pseudocode to design, explain, or review logic for workflows and scripts. Ability to read code and support applications, reports, and processes. Experience working in an agile development environment (SCRUM, Kanban). Interest in new tools and technologies.
