Задачи

- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments - Act as the main point of contact for the external payroll partner - Oversee and communicate social security movements, including hires, terminations, and contract variations - Maintain and update employee records with 100% data integrity - Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters - Ensure HR processes comply with local labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements - Manage right-to-work verification and visa/residency status for international employees - Oversee employee benefits administration and act as the primary contact for benefit vendors - Support annual salary and bonus review processes - Lead the administrative side of onboarding - Manage offboarding, including exit documentation, settlements, and equipment retrieval - Handle employee inquiries about payslips, taxes,



and leave management - Manage the administration of diversity and inclusion initiatives - Ensure compliance with mandatory legal standards - Monitor and report workplace diversity metrics - Maintain documentation and records regarding diversity, inclusion, and equality - Maintain a comprehensive database of hires, terminations, salaries, and employee changes - Prepare monthly and annual reports on turnover, absenteeism, and headcount growth - Use HR data to identify trends, improve department efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making - Coordinate with the Jira team to adjust the platform for HR workflow automation

Требования

- At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles - Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law and payroll procedures - Proven experience managing benefits - High attention to detail - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Fluent Spanish and English at a professional level - Nice to have: Experience in finance or trading, familiarity with TradingView as a product
