Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape the future of business transformation by guiding customers through SAP Cloud ERP across general teams. You’ll translate complex needs into compelling solution narratives and lead executive conversations to demonstrate measurable business outcomes. working closely with sales and partners, you’ll map capabilities to priorities and drive end-to-end transformation in supply chain and related domains. This senior, customer-facing position offers visibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence the adoption of AI-enabled use cases at scale.

• Act as the domain expert for SAP Cloud ERP and the Supply Chain portfolio, aligning capabilities with customer priorities and collaborating with Sales and partners
• Craft and deliver executive-ready presentations to secure alignment and momentum
• Design and deliver demonstrations that make SAP Cloud ERP tangible for diverse audiences




• Lead discovery to uncover customer priorities, build trust, and co-create a credible transformation path with partners
• Contribute to market growth through sales and marketing initiatives (e.g., Design Thinking workshops) and identify high-value, AI-enabled use cases

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in presales or technology consulting with strong customer-facing experience
• Solid SAP Cloud ERP expertise, including SAP S/4HANA Sales and Supply Chain; exposure to Finance and Procurement is a plus
• Proven ability to collaborate with international teams
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with experience engaging customers digitally and remotely
• Native Spanish; fluent English; Italian and/or Portuguese a plus
