As a Senior Finance Analyst FPu0026amp;A in Madrid, you partner with local business functions to drive financial insights and support decision-making across the Commercial Business Units. You’ll deliver monthly and quarterly analyses, support closing and governance, and help shape operating procedures and audits. The role focuses on growth, profitability, and financial integrity, leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to contribute to IM Spain’s financial performance and strategic priorities.

• Partner with local business functions to provide recommendations to business partners and stakeholders
• Perform financial analyses and prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sales and opex
• Ensure accurate monthly closing in cooperation with Accounting
• Support Operating Procedures, Compliance, and Internal Audit requests
• Provide financial insights to support growth and profitability across the company
• Support ongoing projects and engage with financial stakeholders inside and outside IM Spain
• Manage headcount forecasting, reporting,



and governance aligned with budgets and workforce strategy
• Oversee balance management, planning, monitoring, and reconciliation of financial balances
• Continuously seek efficiencies and new opportunities
