Your role in the team Be part of our IT Solutions team in Barcelona and help us onboard customers faster and more efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

Guide and support customers through the integration of our order API

Explain API functionality and provide technical guidance to customer development teams

Prepare test environments, coordinate UAT sessions and track implementation progress

Coordinate release planning and manage crisis communication





Support data migrations and system change processes

Maintain and improve API documentation

What We Expect From You

2+ years experience as Integration Manager, Implementation Consultant or Technical Account Manager

Customer-focused with a structured and proactive work approach

Ability to work alongside technical teams and translate between business and technical requirements

Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing tools (Postman, Bruno, or similar)

Fluent in English and German, Spanish is a plus

Eager to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent experience
