Experteer Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end supply chain operations for a regional product portfolio with a general reach. You will align inbound, warehousing, transportation, and outbound activities to meet customer deadlines and service levels. The position involves close collaboration with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to manage risk and drive continuous improvement. You will work in a fast-moving, international environment and help shape logistics strategies to enable reliable delivery and cost efficiency.

• End-to-end supply chain management for a regional product portfolio
• Coordinate inbound, production, warehousing, and outbound operations
• Oversee arrival of goods from international suppliers
• Monitor orders and anticipate delays to protect timelines
• Ensure on-time deliveries within agreed conditions
• Coordinate transportation of chemical products across tank trucks, ISO containers, ocean freight, rail, etc.
• Select transportation providers based on agreements, costs, and service levels




• Maintain relationships with logistics suppliers, 3PLs, carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers
• Plan and coordinate value-added services (mixing, repacking, drumming)
• Manage customs documentation and import/export clearance processes
• Enter and maintain supply chain data in ERP and monitor operations
• Manage logistics issues and support resolution of claims and crises
• Identify and communicate risks and respond quickly to deviations
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost/lead-time/service level optimization

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain positions
• Experience in the chemical sector valued
• Knowledge of import/export, customs, transportation, warehousing, order management, and work orders
• ERP systems experience; NetSuite knowledge valued
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience in international environments
