Position: Recruitment Consultant Location: Barcelona Start Date: September 2026 / October 2026 Languages: Dutch (professional proficiency – required), English (fluent – required). Any additional language is a plus. What we’re looking for:

Interest or first experience in sales/recruiting, business, and building relationships

Your responsibilities:





Recruiting Tech and Sales professionals for the Dutch or Benelux market

Active sourcing and qualifying IT talent

Building and developing your own client portfolio (Netherlands/Benelux)

Winning new clients through calls, emails, and networking

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle

Building a strong network of candidates and clients

Successfully matching candidates with clients
