Experteer Overview
In this role, you will help build TikTok's commerce ecosystem by onboarding electronics merchants and driving their growth on the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize merchant performance, pricing, assortment, and content strategy. The position emphasizes data-driven decisions, lifecycle planning, and partner enablement to deliver a secure, intuitive shopping experience. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role with a clear growth and transformation mandate in Spain.

• Identify and onboard high-potential electronics merchants and brands across key subcategories
• Support merchants with business models, assortment, pricing strategies, creator affiliation, and platform readiness
• Develop mid- and long-term account plans to drive sustainable growth
• Analyze the Spanish electronics market and trends to identify priorities and opportunities
• Work with merchants to optimize growth levers: product selection, pricing, stock, campaigns, Affiliate, short video, LIVE and Ads




• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external providers to develop engaging, conversion-driven content
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Logistics and Compliance to resolve merchant challenges and enhance customer experience
• Own internal projects contributing to the broader e-commerce ecosystem
• Develop initiatives to improve category competitiveness (assortment, pricing, merchant quality, content supply)

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, e-commerce, marketplaces, electronics or tech industries
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish e-commerce and electronics landscape
• Ability to analyze seller performance and translate insights into actionable account plans
• Able to thrive in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
• Fast learner with ownership mindset and can-do attitude
