Our project manager needs to have 5 years of experience in residential and new home construction.

The idóneo candidate will possess skills in project management and be familiar with Sage/Master Builder.

JOB DUTIES:

Scheduling labor

Initiating subcontracts

Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating,



and selecting sub-contractors; monitor and control performance

Estimating

Job site inspections as required

Reviewing plans

Change orders

Maintain project files

Project scheduling

Progress billing

Maintains construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
