Experteer Overview
In this role you will steer large-scale technology engagements for a multinational client, ensuring end-to-end delivery across multiple domains. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage executive-level client relationships, and oversee commercial performance while supporting growth through pre-sales. You bring strong technical depth to challenge architecture and apply AI in software development. You will drive delivery outcomes aligned with EPAM processes, embed AI practices, and champion continuous improvement across nearshore and offshore delivery streams.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end delivery for programs exceeding 100 FTE across multiple streams
• Own client relationships and governance, ensuring delivery and financial targets
• Support account growth via pre-sales and strategic engagement
• Challenge architecture, diagnose delivery issues, and manage risks in integration/design
• Hands-on with AI and leverage AI in software development and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with EPAM processes, financial targets, sourcing and regulatory obligations




• Coordinate nearshore and offshore teams across SDLC and IT service management
• Collaborate with delivery leads, architects, engineers and product teams to define estimates, plans and roadmaps
• Support sales/proposal development and client presentations
• Embed AI tools and practices to improve efficiency and delivery models
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement across engagements
