As part of the EMEA Data Center strategy, you will drive growth by building relationships with key data center stakeholders and positioning Johnson Controls’ fire protection and broader building technologies. You’ll lead account plans, influence design decisions, and expand market share across Spain and the region. This role blends technical credibility with strategic selling to deliver impactful, sustainable outcomes for data centers. You work cross-functionally to secure pipeline, forecast accurately, and strengthen customer satisfaction. Join a general leader shaping safer, smarter infrastructure.

• Develop strategic relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, hyperscalers, colocation operators, and other stakeholders in assigned accounts.
• Create and refine Account Plans to expand market share and grow pipeline.
• Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding customers' objectives and technical needs.
• Influence basis of design and project specifications to position fire protection solutions as the preferred choice.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations as a subject matter expert in data center fire protection.




• Drive adoption of the broader building technology portfolio and support cross-functional project pursuits.
• Collaborate with regional sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize Salesforce, Altify, and other tools to manage pipeline, engagement, forecasting, and account strategies.
• Maintain regular customer engagement through reviews and strategic meetings.
• Support pre-bid, bid, and post-bid activities and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in technical or solutions-based B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Consultative selling skills with ability to influence decision-making and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
