or another STEM field 2+ Years of experience in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions and measuring their impact Advanced SQL for complex querying and data extraction Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data orchestration Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into manageable steps and drive toward clear solutions Ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluent English Organized, takes ownership of work, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Nice to have: experience designing and/or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies to measure impact Условия
