Experteer Overview
In this role you support Spanish employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliant HR processes and accurate pre-payroll coordination. You join an international People Services team that spans Belgium, the Netherlands, France and beyond, contributing to a smooth employee experience in Spain. You will collaborate with the People Business Partner and payroll partners to maintain compliant HR administration and reliable payroll input. This position offers the chance to shape local HR practices while aligning with multi-country HR standards.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage HR administration and lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, policies, collective agreements and procedures
• Serve as primary HR contact and advisor for Spain
• Coordinate and validate pre-payroll activities and payroll input for external providers
• Collaborate with payroll partners and support the monthly payroll cycle
• Provide backup for HR administration and payroll in other countries (Belgium, Netherlands, France)
• Maintain HR systems, records, contracts, and reporting with high attention to detail
• Support managers on employee relations and HR policy compliance with the People Business Partner
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and harmonize across countries
• Support recruitment activities as needed and assist with interviewing and vacancies
• Collaborate with the wider People Services team to ensure a consistent employee experience across all countries
Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in broad HR Generalist, People Officer, or People Advisor roles
• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR administration
• Knowledge of Spanish payroll processes and pre-payroll coordination; payroll processing experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Sisquella is a big plus but not mandatory
• Advising employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics
• Accurate, organized and compliant HR administration
• Ability to work independently and with international colleagues
• Proactive, discreet, hands-on problem solver
• Confident communication with employees, managers, payroll partners and external stakeholders
• Fluency in Spanish, English and Dutch
• Experience in international or multi-country environments preferred
• Openness to change and learning from challenges

• Annual base salary between 33,500 and 35,000 EUR
