As Procurement Manager, you will shape Evolution’s integral procurement strategy and lead cross-location sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationships to enable efficient operations for our Property u0026amp; Studio Development Department. You will steer RFQ/RFP processes, manage contracts with Legal, and drive cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and procurement digitalisation. You’ll lead and develop multi-site teams in a fast-paced, international context, delivering measurable value and risk management. This is a chance to influence procurement at scale within a globally listed company.

• Develop and implement global procurement strategy aligned with company and department objectives
• Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across PSD locations
• Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships and monitor performance via KPIs/SLAs
• Manage procurement contracts with Legal and other stakeholders
• Oversee warehouse and logistics operations ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability
• Develop procurement budgets, forecasts, and drive cost optimisation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory and audit requirements




• Produce regular reports on spend, savings, supplier performance, and risks
• Lead, develop, and motivate Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
• Drive continuous improvement and procurement digitalisation across functions

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 7 years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• University degree in related field (Procurement, SCM, Business Admin, Finance, Law, Engineering)
• Proven experience in multinational procurement strategies and supplier management
• Strong negotiation and contract negotiation skills
• Budgeting, cost optimisation, and financial analysis experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting/analytics experience
• Experience in international/multicultural environments
