Head of Presales & Solutions Engineering (Iberia)

Your impact You will lead a critical function at the intersection of business, technology, and client engagement, directly contributing to how we grow and compete in the market.
Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing presales organization, including Solution Architects, Presales Consultants, and QA & Process teams
Ensure our proposals stand out through technical excellence, consistency, and differentiation
Drive the evolution of the team towards high-value solutioning, innovation, and customer impact
Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing/GTM, and Partners to build winning strategies
Continuously improve processes through automation, industrialization, and AI-driven practices

What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or cybersecurity services/consulting
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
Strong background in complex bid management (RFP/RFI) and high-volume environments
Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (SOC, MSS, consulting, cloud, OT, etc.)
Ability to balance business objectives, technical rigor, and customer value
Strong decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
Most importantly: A leadership style that combines
high standards, empathy, and a clear vision for the future .
