Experteer Overview
In this role you support the European Real Estate Equity team by evaluating, executing and managing Iberian-focused real estate equity opportunities. You work closely with senior investment professionals across the investment process, including financial modelling, due diligence, market research, and preparing investment materials. You help manage and monitor investments and interact with investors and lenders. The position offers exposure to multiple geographies and a path to contribute to value creation within a general real assets platform.

• Collaborate on a small deal team to analyze and execute real estate equity investments
• Prepare investment committee materials and investor memos
• Perform extensive financial modelling and market research
• Support due diligence, deal screening, and investment recommendations
• Assist in overseeing and monitoring new and existing investments
• Coordinate interaction with counterparties, lenders, investors, lawyers, and consultants




• Support Asset Management in value creation across diversified portfolios

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or real estate advisory
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation abilities
• Experience evaluating real estate equity investments and transactional exposure
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI to support processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to perform market and comps analysis and engage with site visits and market experts
• Ability to assess qualitative and quantitative characteristics of properties and investments
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Highly ethical, team-oriented and performance-driven
