Experteer Overview
In this role you support the onboarding of new private capital funds and handle investor transactions within a dynamic securities services environment. You contribute to fund accounting, tax and regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance for Spain and Luxembourg funds. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold data quality and service standards. This role offers growth in a global bank with a focus on diversity and inclusion, and exposure to cross-border fund administration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Onboard new funds and set up investor accounts across Spain and Luxembourg domiciles
• Process investor capital movements (contributions/distributions) and maintain accurate NAVs
• Perform bank reconciliations, invoice entry, and NAV preparation in the accounting system
• Prepare financial statements and quarterly NAVs in line with applicable GAAP
• Compile regulatory reports for CNMV,



AEAT and Banco de España
• Coordinate investor communications and manage share classes

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Experience or strong interest in fund accounting and FA/TA of private-capital funds in Spain or Luxembourg
• Good understanding of depositary and fund-administration operational routines
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong teamwork, negotiation, creativity and adaptability skills
