Experteer Overview
As a member of Arcadis’ Smart Buildings team in Madrid, you apply MEP expertise to support sustainable design and due diligence across property transactions. You will liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to deliver technical reports, cost plans, and advisory on building services. Your work helps clients assess risks, optimize Capex, and drive project success within a multinational consultancy setting. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and meaningful impact on asset performance and sustainability.

• Conduct MEP consultancy, due diligence, and project monitoring services
• Identify risks and estimate Capex for property investments
• Propose improvements and optimization measures
• Support clients throughout the transaction process
• Prepare technical reports, cost plans, and advisory on building services
• Lead and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to meet project schedules
• Represent Arcadis with owners, architects, consultants, authorities, and contractors




• Manage financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Build relationships with clients and project teams
• Attend and chair MEP meetings; monitor and manage project progress
• Oversee requisitions, payments, and cash flow; proactively communicate issues

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
• Master in Industrial Engineering
• Professional Engineer registration
• 4-6 years of relevant experience (consultancy valued)
• Full professional English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and concepts
• Knowledge of building services standards/regulations (CTE)
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Presto, Project; MS Office tools
• Timely, high-quality deliverables compliant with quality systems
• Alignment with Arcadis values and the Arcadis Way
