At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of procurement processes and systems across several international entities.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in Coupa implementations, ERP systems, procurement processes, and project management, who enjoys working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment

? Main responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation of Coupa and associated Indirect Source-to-Pay processes across multiple business entities.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of procurement processes and tools among requesters, approvers, finance teams, and vendors.
- Coordinate and manage Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, procurement teams, and system owners to ensure successful implementation.
- Support process design, optimization, and standardization activities.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Assist with change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools

? Who are you?

- Proven experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa implementation projects.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong background in Procurement and Finance transformation projects.
- Experience managing stakeholders and driving change adoption.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
