Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the full private equity investment cycle for Iberia-based mid-market companies, from origination and execution to portfolio management and exits. You will work with a dedicated team to assess opportunities, structure transactions, and drive value creation with portfolio management. You will also contribute to fundraising and investor relations, and mentor junior professionals. The position offers impact across investments, exits, and strategic value creation within a leading Iberian PE platform.

Responsabilidades
• 7-10 years of relevant experience with substantial Private Equity exposure
• Proven experience in executing and managing private equity investments
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and structuring skills
• Experience working with portfolio companies and management teams
• Excellent leadership, commercial judgement and communication skills
• Excellent English, written and spoken; other languages are a plus
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office and relevant financial databases
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
