✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Own end-to-end ITIS solution architecture including scope, services, transition, operations, and identification of cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Act as design authority ensuring alignment across teams and subject matter experts
Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions, support RFP/RFI responses, pre-sales engagements, and contribute to cross-sell/up-sell strategies that enhance customer value and revenue growth.
Define Target Operating Model (TOM), service catalog, and delivery framework
Design ITIL-based service processes including incident, change, problem, and service request
Lead multi-tower architecture across cloud, workplace, network, data center, and security domains
Drive transformation roadmap including automation, consolidation, and cost optimization
Translate business requirements into technical and commercial solutions and support presales activities
