✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

- Represent and engage with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create, maintain and manage the product backlog.
- Prioritise backlog items according to business value and roadmap commitments.
- Lead requirements workshops, refinement sessions and backlog discussions.
- Elaborate epics, themes and features into user stories deliverable within a sprint.
- Collect and analyse business requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria with developers and testers.
- Ensure project and system documentation is maintained and updated in Confluence.

Years' experience: 8 to 10 years

English: C1

Spanish: C2

Bachelor degree

- Experience using Jira, Confluence and Miro.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Ability to visualise product benefits and target end state.
