Offer Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented predoctoral researcher to join our team within the framework of the TEC-2024/COM-84QUITEMAD-CM Project .
Responsibilities:
Development of quantum homomorphic communication protocols for cloud quantum computing. Fault-tolerant cloud quantum computing equipped with secure quantum communication.
Use of AI with reinforcement learning to improve the synthesis of quantum circuits involving non-trivial entangled states and their possible applications.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of theoretical physicists, and mathematical physicist.
Contribute to scientific publications and project deliverables.

Strong background in quantum mechanics and computational methods. Programming experience (e.g., Python, Qiskit, or similar quantum platforms) is highly desirable.
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Specific Requirements
Research work on the application of reinforcement-based machine learning (Q-Learning) for the generation of multi-qubit entangled states. Previous experience in the development of studies on non-Markovian open quantumsystems, particularly in quantum batteries.
Master's courses in Theoretical Physics with training in quantum optics, quantum simulation, and quantum information and computation. Presentation of talks and posters at national and international conferences on the aforementioned research.
