✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

- 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UX/UI Designer.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for end-to-end product design.
- Strong UX and UI design expertise across web and mobile experiences.
- Solid knowledge of Design Systems, interaction design, responsive design, and mobile-first principles.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, CRO methodologies, and A/B testing tools.
- Proven experience designing and shipping scalable digital products within eCommerce, retail, marketplace, or digital-first environments.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).




- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

? WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Design and optimize user journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
- Contribute to the evolution and scalability of the company's Design System.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Implement data-driven design decisions based on user insights, analytics, and business objectives.
- Stay current with the latest trends, methodologies, and technologies in UX, Product Design, and eCommerce.
