From Winning Consulting, we are looking for

Corporate FX Sales

to join an important company in the financial services sector.

Location: Germany / Netherlands / Portugal / Spain

Working model: On site

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in the assigned market

Identify client needs around FX, treasury, international payments and hedging solutions

Provide market updates and commercial insights to support client decision-making

Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification

Coordinate FX transactions and client requests with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and service quality

Work closely with operations, compliance, trading and client service teams

Maintain updated records of commercial activity, pipeline and client interactions

Requirements

Experience in FX Sales, Corporate Sales, Treasury Sales or similar B2B financial markets roles





Previous experience in a bank, FX broker, fintech, payments company or financial services

Good understanding of FX products, international payments, hedging needs and corporate client requirements

Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships

Comfortable with proactive client development and phone-based commercial activity

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in Spanish + English
