Long Description SICPA is seeking, to join our team in Madrid, Spain, for a talented

CENTRAL SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

Role

As a Central Supply Chain Planner, you will lead the global Supply & Demand planning process, ensuring alignment between commercial demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategy, and business objectives.

You will act as a key interface between Global & Local Supply Chain teams, Logistics, Manufacturing and Procurement functions worldwide, supporting product availability, inventory optimization, risk management, and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the monthly global Supply & Demand planning cycle.

Consolidate and challenge demand forecasts from all regions and business entities.

Translate demand plans into general supply requirements and production plans.

Monitor inventory performance and drive corrective actions to prevent shortages and excess stock.

Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation and contingency scenarios.

Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.

Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, forecasting accuracy, and inventory management practices.

Profile

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning,



or Supply Planning.

Experience working in a global and multicultural environment.

Exposure to multi-site manufacturing and international supply chain operations.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.

Fluent English (C1) is a must, French would be consider an asset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
