✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

- Understand business objectives, processes and challenges and translate them into actionable technical requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers and QA teams
- Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Create user stories, process maps and supporting documentation
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Organise and facilitate sprint demos with stakeholders
- Support solution implementation, testing, training and business adoption activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, performance and user experience

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Years' experience: 8 to 10 years

English: C1

Spanish: Native

Bachelor degree or equivalent

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting requirements gathering and process mapping
- Experience creating business requirements and user stories
- Ability to operate in an agile environment from discovery to delivery
- Ability to engage business,



operational and technical teams effectively
