We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Total Rewards to join a dynamic global organization. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping compensation strategies, supporting job architecture initiatives, and delivering market insights that help attract, retain, and reward top talent.
Working closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Total Rewards colleagues, you will influence critical decisions that impact thousands of employees across an international environment.
What You'll Do
As a trusted Compensation & Total Rewards partner, you will:
- Provide compensation analyses and recommendations for salary reviews, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and job evaluations, ensuring alignment with company policies and reward philosophy.
- Support the development and maintenance of job architecture frameworks, evaluating role scope, career levels, and organizational structures.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies to assess external competitiveness and identify emerging compensation trends.
- Build impactful reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that enable data-driven workforce and compensation decisions.
- Collaborate on regional and general Total Rewards projects, including compensation surveys,
benchmarking exercises, and annual reward cycles.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation policies, job grading, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an analytical and business-oriented professional who combines strong compensation expertise with a collaborative mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience within Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a similar analytical HR function.
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, salary structures, benchmarking methodologies, job evaluation approaches, and job grading frameworks.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS, compensation tools, and reporting systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative environment.
