What you’ll do?
As a Vendor Programs Coordinator,
you'll play a key role in supporting Compnow's vendor programs, claims processes and marketing operations. Working closely with vendors, sales, finance and marketing teams, you'll ensure funding activities, incentives and vendor programs are managed accurately and efficiently while helping maximise value for the business. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys working with data, administration, financial processes and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate vendor claims and rebate processes from submission through to reimbursement.
- Manage vendor portals, funding programs and proof of execution requirements.
- Administer sales incentive programs and assist with tracking program performance.
- Process invoicing, financial documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Provide reporting, data analysis and reconciliation support across vendor activities.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, sales teams, finance and internal stakeholders.
- Support vendor events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate merchandise requirements and vendor contributions for events and campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and greater operational efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and take ownership of smaller vendor initiatives as experience develops.
What you’ll bring?
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination, operations support or customer-facing support role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when managing financial and administrative processes.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confidence building relationships with vendors, executives and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data and reporting.
- A proactive attitude with the curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, technologies and vendor programs.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with invoicing, claims management, financial administration or reconciliations will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with vendor programs, rebates, MDF funding or technology vendors will be advantageous.
What else do you need to apply?
- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
